Mum & Baby Classes

If you've had a baby recently, or know someone who has, then you'll be pleased to know that, in addition to Claire's Pregnancy Fitness and Pilates Classes, she also runs a daytime timetable of Mother and Baby Fitness and Pilates Classes where baby comes along too!


MUMMIES AND BUGGIES - FITNESS CLASSES

A fun, fat-burning, indoor workout class where your buggy is used throughout the routine to settle them to sleep.  Class contains 30 minutes of low-impact aerobics, 20 minutes of toning/Pilates exercises and 10 minutes of relaxation/stretching (depending on the noise level from the babies!).

REMEMBER! If you don't use up all 10 of your Bump to Babe sessions, then you can carry over 2 unused sessions to Mummies and Buggies once your baby has arrived.

COREBABY - PILATES CLASSES

Pilates is a great form of exercise for Postnatal women to perform, due to its focus on core and pelvic floor strength. Pilates is a slow, controlled form of exercise which helps re-align your posture, relieve tension in tight muscles, increase your flexibility and help you relax. Babies in carseats, buggies or bouncy chairs are most welcome to come along to the class to watch as mum carefully works out.
